Virtual piloting should be rewarding, not a chore. Jet Team brings together Microsoft Flight Simulator pilots who enjoy virtual airline flying in good company. Our Eagle and Global divisions offer different approaches to the same shared hobby.
The Jet Team philosophy
A community, not a second job.
From our beginnings in Canada to a community of flight simmers around the world, Jet Team has always been about the quality of the flight and the camaraderie of the pilots.
We aren’t your typical virtual airline. We’re here to enjoy flying together, not to follow an overbearing rulebook. There’s always someone to learn from. Take pride in your flying and make yourself at home.
We primarily fly Microsoft Flight Simulator. Newsky is our main hub, where our two divisions offer different ways to enjoy the same hobby. You can also join Jet Team on FS Hub. We fly together and keep in touch on our shared Discord server.

Eagle: enjoy the flight.
Eagle is our welcoming entry point for pilots of every experience level, from first-time flight simmers to seasoned aviators who prefer a relaxed, social atmosphere.
- Explore. Enjoy tours and Free Flights at your own pace.
- Learn. Develop your skills with the support of fellow pilots.
- Socialize. Join group flights for the company and the shared experience.
There’s no pressure to chase scores or move to Global. Many experienced pilots choose Eagle simply because they enjoy its easy-going approach.
Jet Team Global Air Charter Company
Global: serious about the score.
Global is our small, performance-focused division for pilots who enjoy the challenge of consistent, high-quality flying on Newsky. The aim is a perfect ten, flight after flight.
The path starts in Eagle. Pilots seeking to join Global demonstrate consistently high performance scores over at least thirty flights, building the consistency that the division values.
It’s a different flying challenge, not a separate social circle. Global and Eagle pilots fly alongside one another and share the same conversations.
Both divisions, flying together as one
The same sky. The same Discord.
A group flight might include pilots recording their flights with Global and others with Eagle. Whichever division we fly with, we’re still part of the same team.
We strongly encourage voice communication on our shared Discord server. Talking makes it easier to coordinate flights and get to know people. You can keep your hands on the controls when you need to. Friendly, mature conversation is at the heart of Jet Team.
